2. Eligibility and User Data
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this Service.
- Image Submission: By uploading or capturing a photo through the Service, you warrant that the image is of your own face and that you grant Skinmedics the right to process this image instantly to generate your report.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and current contact details (email and phone number) to ensure the proper delivery of your analysis report.
3. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Service, including its underlying software, algorithms, diagnostic matrix, design layouts, logos, and generated report structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of Skinmedics Aesthetic Centre and its technology partners.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our digital analysis tool or branding for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload images of other individuals without their explicit authorization.
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or technologically harmful data (such as viruses or corrupted files).
